Saved replies are a great time-saver. It helps you and your team to easily reply on incoming messages. 


Facebook gives you two default saved replies to start: “I can’t chat right now” and “How can I help you?”. You can edit those replies, and you can add unlimited saved replies by yourself.


Use a saved reply

To use a saved reply, click the message you want to reply to and click on the dialog bubble at the bottom right. Simply click a saved reply to add it to your message.



Edit or add a saved reply

Click on Manage saved replies to edit an existing or add a new reply. You can add images (like your logo) to a saved reply. To personalize your replies, you can add dynamically the user's name, admin name and your URL to the message.
